Scope: We pressure washed the roof and allow plenty of time to dry thoroughly. After which we used 4″ fabric-backed butyl tape to seal RTU curb flashing and perimeter trim to the roof surface. Then we applied PM Bleed Block Primer. After primer lastly apply PM High Solids Silicone to roof.
