Scope: This project involved removing and hauling away the existing roof system for 30 buildings with varying roofing types. New commercial gutters were installed on most of the buildings.
On the gymnasium, we installed Firestone, 60mil, fully adhered, reinforced, white TPO roof membrane over new 3.5” polyisocyanurate board totaling 14,362 sq ft. New edge trim of coping cap was installed on all perimeters. We also applied a Truco exterior wall coating system.
For the 12,546 sq ft administrative building we installed a modified bitumen and standing seam metal roofing system.
In addition, we installed a clay tile roof on 7 buildings and a total of 112,000 sq ft of shingled roofing. This project was completed on schedule and within budget.
