Five Wall Colors for Selling A House

Five Wall Colors for Selling A HouseTwo words: 1) Neutral, 2) Neutral

It used to be the norm to just paint walls white before selling a home. White is the ultimate wall neutral–it goes with everything? But it is also really unimaginative and really REALLY boring.

So here are five NOT WHITE neutral colors that will give your home warmth and character, while remaining calm and inviting.

Incidentally, ALL of these colors are wonderful for KEEPING your house, too. As mentioned, they do give it warmth and character, while remaining calm and inviting. All good things for a house you intend to stay in. Color #1 is Stacey’s choice for much of her new house.

We use mostly Sherwin Williams here in town, so these are mostly SW.

1. SW7015 Repose Gray

2. SW7653 Silverpointe

3. Benjamin Moore 2139-50, Silver Marlin
